• Provide our users with an outstanding customer experience - it is at the heart of our mission. • Actively support clients with VAT and EPR tax-related queries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and clear assistance. • Work diligently to keep our clients informed and up-to-date with their VAT compliance tasks, guiding them through each step of the process with ease. • Collaborate and closely work with other departments, such as Onboarding, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure that we continue to deliver seamless and effective solutions for our users.
🎯 Requirements
• Native / Fluent English language knowledge • Fluency in any other European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) • Remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat) • 1+ year Work experience on the VAT / Tax field and ChatGPT / AI customer support is a great plus • Empathy and love for helping people • Ability to understand and explain complex issues in an easy manner • Excellent organization, problem-solving & communication skills
