📋 Description
• Manage a team of engineers developing and scaling applications • Enhance the order management and fulfillment experience for sellers • Uplift legacy applications into a microservice based architecture • Work closely with other teams for cohesive selling experience
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume, technical systems in a microservice based architecture with AWS for cloud infrastructure • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer science, information technology or a related field • 3 years of management experience • Proven success providing project management artifacts in an agile environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills with engineers and non-engineers alike • Strong ability to coach engineers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
