Description

• The Governance & Control Analyst I oversees QA reviews in Commercial Loan Operations. • Collaborates with Control Framework partners across Core Operations. • Performs QA reviews, verifying materials for accuracy and completeness. • Evaluates work against quality control models and recommends process improvements. • Provides governance support through research, evaluation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred • 1+ years relevant experience • Fundamental knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form • Ability to pay high attention to details • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
