Description

• Responsible for overseeing the development and management of complex technical products. • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure functionality, performance, and stability of ecosystems and applications before deployment. • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, gather feedback, and implement necessary adjustments and improvements. • Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new features and functionalities of ecosystems and applications. • Provide ongoing support, addressing any issues or concerns related to ecosystems and applications systems. • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development, testing methodologies, and system performance optimization. • Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. • Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions. • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
