📋 Description
• Lead New Technology & Product Development projects, ensuring on-time delivery using LeanPD methodologies. • Drive engineering strategy development, performance metrics publication, and continuous process improvements. • Manage 6-8 global Project Managers, overseeing project execution, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. • Align cross-functional resources and investments with business growth through PMT processes. • Implement portfolio management tools, project tracking systems, and resource forecasting mechanisms. • Collaborate with finance on budget oversight, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost-effective solutions. • Ensure compliance, risk management, and engineering best practices across all projects. • Prepare executive reports (MBR, QBR), providing actionable insights and performance reviews. • Build and develop a high-performing global PMO team, fostering talent development, succession planning, and inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred. • 10+ years in multi-national engineering leadership, PMO management, or business transformation. • PMP certification preferred; experience in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, NPI, and design engineering. • Strong technical expertise in engineering strategy, operations, project/portfolio management, and product lifecycle. • Proven success in driving efficiency, cost management, and business growth through strategic initiatives. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. • Experience with risk mitigation, budget oversight, and global team leadership. • Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and reporting systems (e.g., Tableau).
