• At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. • This role involves managing the distribution channel and overall day-to-day business relationship between TE and strategic key distributors. • Provide training and product awareness to key distributors and TE business unit colleagues. • Creative development and implementation of programs and methods for increasing TE’s market. • Regular meetings with distribution partners, TE Channel and other BU field service, sales, and marketing team colleagues. • Work closely with TE’s MENA, South Asia, and Europe sales teams to maximize growth opportunities. • Cross-BU collaboration to identify marketing strategies for TE solution selling and to effectively promote new and existing products with TE’s strategic key distributors. • Collect and evaluate market information and competitive intelligence. Participate in trade/product shows, seminars, industry trade organizations, district and regional sales meetings to identify opportunities for application tooling to support new and existing technologies.
• 8+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Technical management is preferred. • Bachelors degree in technical field preferred • Proven skills in developing/implementing strategies in support of market segments, customers and products consistent with the overall business plan • Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills • Ability to influence the decision-making process of indirect reports and stake holders • Strong project management and negotiation skills • Computer proficient including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, SalesForce, Power BI, and MS Teams • Multi-lingual skills including fluent English. French, German, Spanish, Italian and/or Portuguese • Ability and willingness to travel as required – approximately 50-75%
