📋 Description
• Der Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Deutschland wird eng mit Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um deren technische Anforderungen zu verstehen. • Diese Rolle umfasst die Unterstützung bei der Integration und Anwendung von TE Industrial Filters Produkten. • Unterstützung bei der Integration von TE Industrial Filters, einschließlich Corcom- und Schaffner-Filtern, in ihre Systeme. • Bearbeitung technischer Produkt- und Anwendungsanfragen von Kunden. • Identifikation von mittel- und langfristigen Kundenbedürfnissen, Erstellung von VoC-Dokumentationen. • Durchführung von Produktschulungen zu Corcom- und Schaffner-Filtern für Kunden.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektronik- oder Maschinenbauingenieurwesen • Zusätzliche kaufmännische Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil • Erfahrung im Bereich EMV-Messungen zwingend erforderlich • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Anwendungstechnik oder in anderen kundenorientierten technischen Rollen • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten • Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen • Kompetenz in der Koordination funktionsübergreifender technischer Supportaktivitäten für Kunden • Fähigkeit, mehrere komplexe Prioritäten innerhalb anspruchsvoller Zeitrahmen zu managen • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
