β’ TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. β’ They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. β’ They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. β’ The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

β’ Business Partner Support - Analytical support looking at both historical data and anticipating future business needs to drive forecast accuracy β’ Analysis of monthly results; Communicating the story to supported business partners and financial leadership β’ Create/Update monthly forecasts based on key insights gained through analysis and regular business partnership discussions β’ Analytical support for projects and ad hoc analysis β’ Experience Finance β’ Experience in Operations, Commercial, or General Accounting β’ Analytical and Communication skills; Ability to build relationships with business partners β’ Ability to look beyond the numbers - tell the story of the business β’ Knowledge BA/BS in Finance or Accounting β’ Accounting or finance background; Strong understanding of P&L and Cash Flow β’ Systems knowledge (SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Excel) β’ English advanced
