📋 Description

• Understand the Operational needs of the organization considering Product Management, Operations, Materials, Supply Chain and Engineering. • Take project from outline stage. Analyze and develop objectives and solutions to fit the Industrial footprint requirements. • Propose a cost-effective solution for the project and obtain buy-in/approval from the owning Industrial sub vertical. • Reduce cost, lead-times and improve quality by consideration of the total picture and do what is best for TE Connectivity. • Ensure that transfer projects meet the agreed footprint requirements. • Work with functional managers as needed to meet project objectives and on-time deliveries. • Hold core team members accountable to assure predictability. • Support the removal of barriers to assure project commitments will be met. • Report regularly on progress to plan. • To ensure detailed action plans for all transfer / other projects are created by allocated Project Engineer and correct procedures are followed. • To ensure project plans are realistic and cost effective. • To monitor and suggest adjustment of plans to meet the required schedules. • To take the appropriate action when problems occur, raising concerns to the next level of Management if required. • To perform any other tasks allocated by Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic or related engineering discipline • English Communication Skills • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation and operations migration, working with internal and external customers. • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. • Experience in managing and executing transfer and migration projects and green field projects. • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication. • Confidence in communicating to senior management and customers.
