• Provide exceptional customer support to universities and large global organisations as they implement Rosetta Stone • Collaborate with customers to develop a custom implementation plan that aligns with their objectives and ensures a successful implementation • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development to administrators, executives, and language learners • Travel to lead professional learning sessions and provide implementation support – up to 50% possible travel within Europe and Morocco • Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of Rosetta Stone • Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic • 5+ years of experience supporting implementation initiatives in universities, large global organisations, or ministries • Exceptional presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude • Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for language learning • Strategic thinker and problem-solver • Must live close to a major airport
