• Teach For All seeks a People First Community Coordinator • Lead day-to-day execution of the People First Strategy • Manage, draft, and update People First communications • Oversee tracking systems, budget design, and monitoring
Requirements
• Experience in building and managing coalitions or partnerships • Experience in the development space related to the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda • Experience in leadership development programs in developing countries • Excellent writing and communication skills • Experience of delivering complex projects with strict deadlines • Orientation to detail and great project management skills • Able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and external partners • Proven expertise in working in agile team settings • Ability to exercise judgment in juggling competing priorities • Strong reasoning and strategic problem-solving abilities • English fluency required, fluency in other languages is a plus • Sensitivity to diversity and interest in inclusive learning environments • Deeply committed to Teach For All's mission and values
