• Act as Chief of Staff for the Global Leadership Accelerator. • Partner with the Head of Global Leadership Accelerator to set strategic direction. • Oversee budget in line with strategic priorities. • Build and manage systems for data, communications, and knowledge management. • Manage administrative personnel and contractors. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Global Leadership Accelerator. • Provide high-level operational support on initiative implementation and work planning. • Lead on communications, team logistics, marketing, content development, and impact evaluation. • Define and operationalize new approaches to scale our reach & impact.
• At least 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a consultant or project manager role. • Enjoy building structures & systems while flexible to emerging needs. • Excellent written communication & design; able to synthesize complex information. • Strong critical thinker who can problem-solve effectively in complex situations. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in diverse & cross-cultural environments. • Proficient in working with data to identify trends & insights. • Self-driven, self-motivated and highly organized; can manage multiple tasks with high reliability. • Demonstrated commitment to Teach For All’s vision & values. • Operates with humility & learning orientation; committed to growing one’s own leadership.
