Description
• In 2025, Teach For All will pilot its Global Institute, a Singapore-based entity, to catalyze a global shift toward teaching and learning that supports holistic student leadership development. • The role will focus on ensuring all required Public Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and Charity Status compliances are accurate and updated. • It will support operational processes linked to the entity operating as part of a global setup. • The right candidate will be an effective, independent operations generalist, able to work across many different operational areas. • The role will report jointly to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of People Operations.
Requirements
• 7+ • Experience with Singapore CLGs with Charity Status applications and filings is highly preferred • Experience working in global environments is preferred • Experience in operations, in areas such as legal registration, finance, employment/benefits • Comfort in working across teams in a global environment and supporting many different functional areas • Ability to quickly learn new information and integrate it into existing processes • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Interest in and passion for education and Teach For All’s mission • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse individuals • Ability to communicate proactively effectively across functions, • Exceptional team and collaboration skills
