Description
• As the Global Institute’s Chief of Staff at Teach For All, you will engage in collective strategic planning in a dynamic context, foster connections, collaboration, and coherence, oversee resources/capacity, manage operations and logistics, and foster team culture and development
Requirements
• Experience managing complex projects, teams and operations to deadlines in a dynamic/ fluid/ ambiguous environment • Ability to build relationships/ partnerships and communicate across cultures and virtually • Ability to mobilize others without formal authority • Ability to operate with little direction • Deep commitment to diversity and inclusiveness - as a manager, within this team, across teams, in self-learning etc. • Demonstrated commitment to reimagine education to support holistic student leadership outcomes • Demonstrated embodiment of Teach For All’s core values and a commitment to Teach For All’s mission:
