• Orchid is on a mission to unify identity controls throughout each organization. • Orchid’s vision is to automate the discovery, assessment, remediation and management of identity security posture across on-premise and cloud applications. • The Demand Generation Manager will develop a scalable lead generation strategy, run campaigns through vendors, build internal processes, develop tracking methodology and build reporting to show impact. • The ideal candidate is a self starter with a deep understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline, B2B sales, cyber security buyers and influencers, account based-marketing, intent-based marketing, analytics and testing.
• 5-10 years experience in online marketing, demand generation role. • Experience working in collaborative B2B, start-up, organizations • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems • Self starter, with a passion for building and a hands-on approach • Expertise in at least one channel, and working knowledge across others: SEM, programmatic display, retargeting, social media ads, affiliate marketing, intent-based marketing, ABM • B2B marketing experience required, cyber security and/or CISO marketing experience a plus • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • An unquenchable thirst for learning the latest marketing techniques, strategies and systems
