• Candidate Sourcing: Find potential candidates using online platforms, social media, job boards, and other recruitment resources. • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified truck driver candidates, ensuring they meet high standards of safety and professionalism. • Communication and Engagement: Interact with candidates via phone, email, or in person, schedule and carry out interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, provide updates on their application status, and address their questions. • Documentation and Record Keeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in an applicant tracking system. • Job Posting and Advertising: Help draft job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract candidates.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal. • Fluency in English • Strong social and cognitive skills, including active listening and empathy. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of recruitment principles and experience in the transport and logistics industry is a plus. • Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms for research and communication. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the transportation industry and truck driver recruitment.
