Description
• Assist customers with insights from the TeamForm platform. • Build technical understanding of platform. • Develop reports and insights using SQL. • Interpret and process customer data. • Create dashboards for customer analysis. • Collaborate with team and stakeholders., • Deliver insights and respond to data queries. • Maintain communication on project progress.
Requirements
• Exceptional SQL knowledge • Extensive experience in data reporting • Highly skilled in analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting • Experience with: Data wrangling, including spreadsheets & pivot tables • BI reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Redash) • Databases (e.g. Athena, PostgreSQL) • Data pipelines, data ingress/egress APIs e.g. REST, GraphQL • Data transformation scripts • Experience with HR information systems, people analytics, workforce planning and reporting is highly desirable
