• Implement Team Rubicon's strategy within their geographic area of responsibility and across all phases of the disaster cycle to execute operations. • Manage a team of volunteer leaders across multiple areas and functional disciplines. • Develop and maintain relationships with disaster assistance organizations at the state, county, and city levels. • Support program delivery of the leadership lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and development of Greyshirt volunteer leaders. • Execute purchasing according to the Branch budget within their geographic area. • Review and approve all events within the geographic area, including agency relations and training activities.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in the military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields • Personnel management experiences such as recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers • Proficient with technology tools and in remote working for communicating and coordinating with a large network of TR staff members, Greyshirts (volunteers), and external stakeholders • Successful past performance in leading volunteers is highly desired
