• About Us • TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. • TeamSnap is seeking a people-centric, technical Director of Engineering who will provide compelling people, process and technology partnership to our TeamSnap for Business teams. • The candidate should be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and have a strong sense of accountability, working cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality products that meet business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers of all levels while serving as a role model for an inclusive engineering culture • 5+ years of experience managing managers • A passion for Engineering Excellence • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and a track record of using insights to drive • Proficiency in a widely-used programming language • Experience working across cross-functional and end-user-facing teams to foster a culture of priority setting and urgency in alignment with organizational strategy.
