Description

• Help drive adoption and efficiencies of TAG’s UCaaS platform. • Design, implement, maintain call routing and phone infrastructure. • Support IVR and AI telephony solutions for communication. • Collaborate with vendors on telecom system implementation. • Ensure telecom systems adhere to security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in telecommunication systems engineering. • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based UCaaS, VoIP, and SIP. • Ring Central and 8X8 experience desired. • Understanding of required network protocols to maintain VoIP physical endpoints. • Extensive knowledge of physical and soft phone infrastructure, IVR systems, and AI telephony UCaaS solutions. • Experience managing telecom infrastructure across multiple locations. • Strong technical troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with cloud-based telecom solutions.
