Requirements

• Qualified lawyer /entitled to practice law /university degree in law. • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contracting matters preferably in the IT /Technology field. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. • Highly positive and collaborative outlook. • Highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of contracting. • Strong negotiation skills, executive presence and the ability to influence significant business and contracting decisions. • Proven ability to manage escalations effectively. • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. • Excellent judgment. • Highly developed touch and tone. • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills. • Ability to address contract discussions/negotiations, both internal and external with minor escalations.
