• The Product Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the product and service portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and company goals. • Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and enhance knowledge of the product range. • Manage the full product lifecycle, from development to market launch, through growth and phase-out. • Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, and sales) to drive new product development and market adaptation. • Develop data-driven product strategies, using KPIs and customer feedback to inform decision-making. • Create and implement operational marketing plans (communication, merchandising, installation) in collaboration with relevant teams. • Oversee product performance indicators (revenue, margin, volumes, etc.) and initiate corrective actions to meet targets. • Identify opportunities for market expansion and strategic growth, including new product categories and geographic areas. • Promote sustainable and innovative product solutions in line with environmental standards.
• Proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics software. • Strong cross-functional and hierarchical management abilities. • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
