📋 Description
• Rent Collections Specialist • Job Type: Part-Time • Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST 5 days a week | 30 hours per week • Rate: $675-$750 per month • Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rent Collections Specialist to manage tenant payment follow-ups and ensure timely rent collection. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills to handle payment discussions professionally while maintaining positive tenant relationships. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to manage a high volume of tenant interactions, and a commitment to upholding company policies and regulations. • Key Responsibilities: • Initiate proactive outreach to multiple tenants behind on rent or who have not submitted their rent • Communicate with tenants via phone and email to discuss outstanding payments and arrange repayment plans • Collaborate with property managers and upper management to ensure consistent follow-ups and effective communication • Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies and relevant regulations • Maintain detailed and organized records of all tenant communications and payment agreements
