🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field. • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong storytelling and copywriting skills. • Proven copywriting skills that align with brand voice and messaging. • Experience with LinkedIn and Reddit marketing (organic and paid). • Ability to analyze audience engagement and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Proficiency in content management tools and analytics platforms. • Experience in B2B marketing and working in a fast-paced, complex organization (agency or in-house). • Collaborative and self-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, and Google Analytics GA4. • Desirable Qualifications: Experience with WordPress and SEMrush. • Project management skills. • Marketing experience in the U.S. market. • Experience with emerging social media trends and platforms. • Background in Microsoft technology or IT services marketing.
