• Lead the onboarding process for new users, developing supporting materials, and facilitating trainings on primary functionalities. • Maintain relationships with existing user groups for feedback collection to inform future product enhancements and functionality. • Manage communications channels for ongoing product messaging and in coordination with go-to-market strategies. • Develop approaches to drive user actions based on key success measures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Creative problem solving mindset with strong analytical skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
