📋 Description
•The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, including revenue recognition, financial forecasting, accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) management. •Requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with international counterparts and suppliers. •Key Responsibilities include revenue recognition, Mexican supplier liaison, accounts payable forecasting, billing requests, contractor payroll management, and financial reporting.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. •Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with significant exposure to A/R, A/P, forecasting, and revenue recognition. •Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken. •Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
