Description

• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including strategizing and communicating product vision and maintaining new products and features. • Own the product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy. • Partner with product developers and designers to define the scope and timing of development and deliver an exceptional product. • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, analyze data, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans. • Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to define new concepts and determine the customer needs to solve to drive growth for your product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment. • Experience defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines. • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders to iterate on early concepts and conduct qualitative research. • Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus. • Experience or interest in working in athletics. • Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
