📋 Description

• Tebra is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Copywriter to craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content that educates prospects and influences them to explore, demo, and purchase our healthcare software solutions. • This mid-level role will focus on creating and optimizing copy that appears on our website, and down-funnel marketing materials to translate complex product features into benefits-driven messaging tailored to potential customers. • As part of our Content Marketing Team, you’ll partner closely with product marketing and customer marketing teams, contributing to the overall content strategy while playing a vital role in shaping Tebra's brand voice and messaging. • Write engaging website copy, landing pages, one-sheets, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized materials that reflect Tebra’s product value and benefits. • Develop and refine CRO copy for our resource hub (The Intake) to boost engagement and conversions. • Maintain a messaging spreadsheet that captures and evolves Tebra’s key product features and benefits. • Review and polish social media content, case studies, and other collateral to ensure clarity and consistency and maintain brand consistency. • Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and participate in brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and feedback cycles. • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare topics, and competitor strategies to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology • Strong ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail • Experience with CRO principles and creating conversion-focused content • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly • Familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare software, or the healthcare industry is a plus
