• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Enterprise-Architekturen für internationale Kernversicherungsprozesse auf Basis unserer tech11 Insurance Platform • Beratung und Begleitung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung unserer tech11 Insurance Platform – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zur Implementierung moderner, cloud-nativer Systemlandschaften in die Unternehmensarchitektur • Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Wartbarkeit unserer Architekturen unter Berücksichtigung langfristiger IT-Strategien • Sicherstellung der Compliance mit regulatorischen Vorgaben (z.B. DORA), internen Richtlinien sowie IT-Security • Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von Best Practices, Architekturstandards und Richtlinien • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business Analysten, Entwicklern, Testexperten und Operations sowie den Stakeholdern bei unseren Kunden • Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, um neue Technologien (z.B. KI-getriebene Ansätze) zu identifizieren und in die Architektur zu integrieren
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Architektur komplexer IT-Systeme, idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Architekturparadigmen (Microservices, Domain-driven Design, Cloud-Architekturen) • Erfahrungen mit Compliance-Vorgaben im Versicherungs- und Finanzsektor sowie Kenntnis versicherungstechnischer Prozesse ist von Vorteil • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten • Gute kommunikative Skills (DE/EN) sowie Präsentationssicherheit • Sicheres Auftreten auf Management-Ebene • Starker Technologiefokus & Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohe Motivation & Eigeninitiative
