Description

• Collaborate with Operations Leadership and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and reporting requirements. • Analyze project financial reports and manage budgets for cost tracking. • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies for projects. • Provide updates on project financial status and compliance issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (with a focus on Project financial Management), or related field. • 5+ years of experience in project accounting of government contracts, with a focus on project analysis and coordination. • In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS, as well as relevant agency-specific requirements. • Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Smartsheet, MS Project • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work on government contracts (if applicable).
