• About us: • Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. • We are a full-service consulting firm that was founded on the premise of delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions to our clients. • Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies – from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms – and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability. • The Role: • This is an opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing Tech Holding family. • If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). • Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of work and facilitating team collaboration. • Support release management, ensuring smooth delivery of product increments and working closely with engineering teams. • Drive process improvements within the teams, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for greater efficiency. • Guide the engineering teams in adopting agile best practices and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Work closely with the Web Platform team, with the opportunity to expand support to a second team over time (likely Martech: CRM, data analytics, pixels and cookies, paid media, advertising). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and execution timelines. • 9 am-6 pm ET working hours
Requirements
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven experience as a Scrum Master (4-5 years), must be a certified scrum master, ideally within a fast-moving startup or agile environment. • Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and agile principles. • Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools for tracking and managing sprints. • Demonstrated experience in leading process changes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. • Interest and/or experience in e-commerce is preferred. • Experience in supporting multiple teams is a plus, especially in areas like Martech (CRM, data analytics, paid media, and advertising). • Must be able to work 9 am-6 pm ET working hours
