• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, designing and maintaining production systems at scale. • 5+ years of experience with Java development. • Proficiency in building and operating domain-driven backend systems. • Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including agile and kanban workflows. • Ability to demystify complex technical concepts and explain them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong background in observability, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Experience with continuous delivery and frequent deployments.
