• Primary installation of software for new customers (remote) • Provide onboarding of the system for new customers • Solve technical issues during installation and usage of the system • Provide accurate information using technical methods/tools

Requirements

• Ukrainian - native • English - Advanced with good communication skills • Customer orientation • Desire to learn and develop • Ability to analyze and process information • Knowledge of Windows functionality and principles of computer hardware (a plus)
