📋 Description
• Full-time, permanent job with remote working opportunities. • Drive the creation and continuous development of user stories and content for our core products. • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product team and development team. • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver internal stakeholder-facing workshops. • Design materials that explain business processes and how the product works. • Liaise with stakeholders to monitor changes in the core product. • Pro-actively raise issues, bugs, or pain points in the product. • Convey well-defined content to delivery teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in the Social Housing or Property Management sectors. • Previous exposure to business analysis, including creating user stories and documenting business processes. • Excellent IT skills with a desire to learn new technologies, products, and delivery approaches, and work with world-class, cutting-edge technologies. • Well organised with an attention to detail to ‘sweat the small stuff’ ensuring high standards. • Able to plan, prepare, and run workshops that deliver tangible outcomes. • Pro-active at managing expectations with an engaging communication style. • Ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders from different backgrounds. • Ability to take initiative, learn from experiences, and strive for continuous improvement. • Experience with remote collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 is desirable, but not essential.
