Description

• As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to develop impactful software that powers our business. • Blending technical expertise with strong leadership, you will coach and mentor your team, fostering their growth and empowering them to excel. • Collaborating closely with internal business partners, you’ll ensure alignment on requirements and deliver solutions that drive meaningful results. • This role involves defining and executing strategic initiatives while leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, modern DevOps tooling, and leading software frameworks. • Your contributions will maximize the value of technology as a differentiator in our business and shape the future of our organization through innovative solutions and a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience leading multiple teams of software engineers • 5+ years in a technology-focused role as a Software Engineer or similar. • Must have experience with various software languages and frameworks. Preferred experience in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, Vue, MySQL, database optimization, and AWS tooling. • Proficiency in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies for project delivery. • Proven experience leading large technical projects while effectively identifying incremental goals and adapting to business needs. • Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts, collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to agile processes. • Eager to learn, quick to contribute, and staying on top of technical trends
