• Du bist der erste und wichtigste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden nach dem Vertragsabschluss • das Onboarding der Neukunden per Online-Meeting ist eine Deiner Hauptaufgaben • Du betreust Neu- und Bestandskunden exzellent und hältst damit die Retention rate erfolgreich bei über 75% • Egal ob der Kunde sein Profil nicht gut ausfüllt, sich nicht einloggt oder nicht genügend Interaktion mit den Einkäufern auf der Plattform zeigt: Du hilfst!

• Ein ausgeprägter Servicegedanke und hohe Empathie für Kunden zeichnen Dich aus • Du bist Typ "outgoing", Du hast Spaß am Telefonieren und an Online-Meetings, Kommunikation ist Dein großes Talent • Du hast Erfahrung mit Kundenbetreuung, Kundenkommunikation und ein gutes Gefühl für Zahlen • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse wichtig • digitale Affinität, gute MS Office Kenntnisse; nice to have: Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System.
