• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Requirements

• Proficient with Python. You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages. • Experience with API-based products • Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis • You like to wear many hats • Strongly empathetic and get energy from fixing customers issues
