Description

• We are seeking a motivated Junior MS Dynamics Developer/Analyst to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with some experience in customer support or end-user interaction. • Assist in the customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. • Work with senior developers to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Dynamics CRM environment. • Provide support for end users by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries related to Dynamics 365 functionality. • Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure smooth CRM operations. • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance. • Document system customizations, configurations, and processes, and contribute to the development of user training materials. • Continuously learn and stay updated with new features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 to help improve system processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years + of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and its modules, workflows, and entities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot system issues. • Experience in providing customer support or technical support for end-users. • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools is a plus. • Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerApps) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. • Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
