📋 Description
• Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for our clients. • Handle transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, etc. • Your daily tasks will be organized in Karbon, our practice management system.
🎯 Requirements
• Accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients. • College degree required. • At least 2 years running payroll and handling day-to-day transactional duties with US-based clients. • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients. • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members. • Humility and openness to coaching and critiques. • Keen attention to detail and obsession with accuracy. • Joy and a positive attitude in all communications.
