Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL: Strong ability to write and optimize complex queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases. • Python Expertise: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting for automation. • Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms to build dynamic dashboards and visual reports. • ETL/Reporting Engineering Skills: Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and experience in designing automated reporting systems. • Data Modeling: Knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices for building scalable and maintainable reporting solutions. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex business problems and design data solutions that address key challenges. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability of reports. • Business Acumen: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and how data analysis can inform decision-making. • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud data warehouses such as AWS Redshift or Snowflake is a plus. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
