• Help plan, design, configure, test, launch, and integrate IT systems. • Identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues. • Participate in the recommendation and maintenance of an applications roadmap.
Requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills. • Experience examining business processes and systems, modeling data, organizing activities, and developing business process strategies. • Proven Business Analyst experience with large-scale ERP applications. • Strong communication skills. This position requires the candidate to be able to seamlessly and precisely communicate with technical teams, project managers as well as senior business leadership - written and verbally. • Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and be detail-oriented. • Proficient in collaborative group development, and a team player. • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec
