Requirements

• At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing Full-Stack applications • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams as a Tech Lead • Proven ability to positively influence and drive change within a team, inspiring colleagues along the way • A collaborative team player who fearlessly challenges the status quo and is passionate about enhancing code, practices, and processes • Always considers the business perspective while prioritizing technical work, effectively translating business needs into impactful decisions • Proficient in utilizing the AWS cloud platform to build scalable and efficient solutions • Expertise in Back-End technologies like Node.js and Java • Proficient in Front-End technologies such as Vue.js and/or React.js • Experience with Web technologies like HTML, JavaScript/Typescript, and CSS • Strong experience in writing unit tests using Jest, Junit • Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
