📋 Description
• TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) architecte organique DotNet intermédiaire ayant d’excellentes aptitudes techniques. • Élaboration de la liste des besoins des secteurs TI et GBM en utilisant les bonnes pratiques du marché. • Élaboration du devis et des critères de conformité du fournisseur. • Accompagnement dans la sélection du fournisseur. • Gestion du projet et évaluation de la faisabilité d’utiliser le « Process mining ». • Analyse du volet humain du changement et préparation de recommandations. • Gestion des incidents et des problèmes. • Exécution des requêtes de services incluant le portail d’accès pour les clients. • Gestion des mises en production et catalogue de services. • Gestion des actifs.
🎯 Requirements
• Certification ITIL v4 Managing Professional. • Certification PMP. • Certification Green belt Lean Six Sigma. • Un minimum de 15 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet. • Avoir déjà effectué des mandats du même genre. • Un minimum de 15 ans d’expérience en implantation et optimisation de processus ITIL. • Un très bon niveau de français tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
