Description

• Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. • Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions. • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation. • Level 4 (Developer level) support of our applications. • Bug Fixing, troubleshooting issues, unit testing, and coding. • Create and maintain technical documentation to support the SDLC process. • Design, develop and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Conduct research into system features to solve the business problems and provide recommendations for solutions. • Analyze existing programs and create logic for new systems. • Build patches, participate in code review, and work with users, stakeholders, fellow developers, to create awesome scalable applications. • Be innovative! Requirements

• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills including the ability to communicate solutions and findings in English. • Be able to effectively communicate. • Self-motivated, assumes personal accountability for results, performance, and accomplishing goals. • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Understanding of Servicenow best practices and why they are a best practice. • Expertise in Servicenow technologies including, workflows, flow designer, forms, scripted integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC/etc), ACLs, UI pages, tables, the script includes, • Bootstrap, Jquery, and knowledge of OOB functionality. • Strong Scripting skills in Javascript, AngularJS, Portal development, and eager to learn new Servicenow technologies as they are released. • Strong knowledge of Servicenow Data schema and underlying tables. • Strong ability to creatively problem solve and come up with awesome solutions to complex problems.
