Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and roll-out • 3+ years of experience with Workday Skills Cloud, including multiple implementations • Mapping of Skills Cloud data to job profiles • Implementation of Skills dashboards or related reporting solutions • Familiarity with change management and/or training approaches for Skills Cloud tools and data • Experience with Workday Talent Optimization design, configuration, testing, and roll-out
