• Experienced functional consultant needed for Workday HCM and Talent Optimization implementations • Assist with Skills configuration and Talent Optimization training and roll-out • Work on the activation of Workday Skills Cloud and facilitate pilot projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and solution roll-out • 3+ years of experience with Workday Skills Cloud and multiple implementations • Familiarity with change management and/or training approaches for Skills Cloud tools and data • Experience with Workday Talent Optimization design, configuration, testing, and roll-out features
