• Managing the Outage Management System (OMS). • Overseeing planned and unplanned outages. • Calculating service quality metrics like SAIDI and CAIDI. • Developing and maintaining interfaces using Web Services. • Customizing Web SDK UIs and defining SOA interfaces. • Contributing to Statements of Work, engineering activities, and ongoing maintenance of the OMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Relevant certifications or training in OMS systems, SOA, and Web Services are advantageous. • Previous experience in outage management systems or related fields is preferred.
