• Demonstrated ability to establish a continuous improvement mentality, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and outcomes. • Proven interest and passion for automation, actively seeking ways to eliminate manual tasks and increase efficiency. • Teamwork: Does the candidate display effective teamwork, including learning, collaboration, and relationship-building. • Proficient in initiating and managing incident bridges, conducting initial investigations, analysis, and communication. • Expertise in leveraging PagerDuty for incident escalation and support. • Strong problem-solving skills to drive incident stabilization and resolution. • Ability to conduct detailed root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventative action plans, and ensure their implementation. • Experience generating detailed reports, including weekly metrics, monthly digests, and trend analyses to inform strategic decisions. • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work across teams and drive process improvements. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
