Description

• Administration of multiple ITSM ticketing software services, including but not limited to Atlassian Jira, Team Support and potentially FreshService FreshDesk. • Support JIRA and Confluence Data Center and Atlassian Cloud administration, including creation and management of projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, dashboards and user management. • Cleanup and Standardization of the JIRA Data Center by assisting with a post consolidation cleanup of users, group permissions, project permissions, and projects. • Assistance with an Atlassian Partner with pre and post migration tasks for a Jira Data Center to cloud migration. • Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation. • Ongoing support of our Teladoc Health users with problems and requests in our ITSM ticketing software.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Jira administration in Cloud or Data Center environments creating projects, workflows, screen schemes, and custom fields. • Good communication skills with English as a first or second language. • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Team player with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones over video chat, instant message and email. • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
