📋 Description

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and adolescent mental health patients. • Provide outpatient tele-mental health therapy services via video and phone. • Analyze and maintain clinical records, assessments, and medical records. • Interview patients to assess their needs and develop response plans. • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. • Consistently meet clinical quality and patient care standards. • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records. • Demonstrate familiarity with Teladoc Health services.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of non-supervised independent practice experience • Certification as a LCSW , LPCC, LMFT (as applicable) • Master’s degree or higher in social work from an accredited school • Successful completion of training hours under supervision in a clinical setting • Current licensure for independent clinical practice in California • Enrolled in Medicaid • Experience with empirically supported psychotherapy for PTSD, depression, and anxiety preferred • Demonstrated passion for high-quality mental health care • Ability to provide individual and family therapy preferred • Strong working knowledge of psychotherapy • Excellent communication, planning and conflict resolution skills • Attention to detail and timely presentation to patient appointments imperative • Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required
